Decluttering

I will guide clients through the five-step No Mess Decluttering Method developed by Dana K. White, author of Decluttering at the Speed of Life (a Wall Street Journal bestseller). This process removes the emotion from decluttering, allowing clients to experience freedom and make progress in any area they choose.

Organizing

I will partner with clients to develop personalized organization strategies based on their unique organizing style, as defined by Cassandra Aarssen of Clutterbug. Clients who have struggled with organization in the past will experience unprecedented success.

Stage Your House for Sale Service

-Consultation ⟶ in person or virtual

-Pack up excess ⟶ surface clutter, extra stuff in cabinets, extra furniture, books, toys, etc.

-Depersonalize ⟶ remove personal photos, memorabilia, etc.

-Get home ready for listing photos and showings ⟶ rearrange to make spaces look bigger or function better

Consultation: $50/hour

Coworking with seller: $50/hour

Full Service Package: $500-$1500 depending on the size of the project

What I bring: fresh eyes, enthusiasm, trash bags, moving boxes (additional cost)

What seller provides: cooperation, boxes, dumpster, if necessary, cleaning, decor, responsible for donations, storage unit or POD service

For the sake of clarification, I am not a designer. I am using the term, “staging,” strictly for decluttering and functionality to ready your home for sale.
