Stage Your Client's Home for Sale Service

-Consultation ⟶ in person or virtual

-Pack up excess ⟶ surface clutter, extra stuff in cabinets, extra furniture, books, toys, etc.

-Depersonalize ⟶ remove personal photos, memorabilia, etc.

-Get home ready for listing photos and showings ⟶ rearrange to make spaces look bigger or function better

Consultation: $75/hour

Coworking with seller: $75/hour

Full Service Package: $500-$2000 depending on the size of the project

What I bring: fresh eyes, enthusiasm, and trash bags; (moving boxes will be supplied at cost plus a $20 convenience fee if necessary)

What seller provides: cooperation, moving boxes, dumpster, if necessary, cleaning, decor, responsible for donations, storage unit or POD service

For the sake of clarification, I am not a designer. I am using the term, “staging,” strictly for decluttering and functionality to ready your client's home for sale.
